When I started my real estate career I felt overwhelmed with all of the details and checkpoints of a transaction. Being the type A, organized person I am I started tracking all of the steps in the process so that I could ensure consistency throughout my transactions. On top of that once I started to get busy, I needed a place to make sure I had fulfilled all of the tasks necessary on my part in overseeing the real estate transaction. What I created I am now sharing with others so that you too can be more organized and/or learn the process much quicker.
